Refund policy
Callista's Press and Defend does not offer any refunds or exchanges. All items are final. By purchasing from www.callistaspressanddefend.com you accept and agree to the terms and conditions.
Any damaged or missing items must be reported within 5 days of the tracking number stating it was delivered along with photo evidence; returns can only be put back on the original payment method.

If a package is damaged or stolen/lost contact the carrier (USPS, UPS, FedEx. Etc.)
Note: Callista’s Press and Defend is NOT responsible for any package that is damaged, lost, or stolen during transit and/or upon delivery.

Any orders that are returned to us due to insufficient address or unclaimed will be subject to a 20% restocking fee if not contacted within 5 days. If contacted within those 5 days and you don’t want your package you get your money back for the items, but the shipping fees are non-refundable.
If wanting your package shipped back to you, we take away the restocking fee, but customer pays for the shipping back to them.
NOTE: Shipping fees vary by package weight
